The Spirit Award is presented to volunteers who have made a significant contribution to the global development of IMA and its affiliated Strategic Industry Groups or Chapters.

I'm very honoured to receive this recognition from such respected industry peers and friends. It has always been a pleasure as an IMA Europe board member over the past 12 years to help grow our friendly organisation.

It's inspiring to see our network grow stronger through member events, not only within Europe, but also across continents. That's where the true value is created for all our members.

Thank you also to the Incentive Marketing Association for organizing the Spirit Awards. Initiatives like these help promote and advocate for our industry, both within our network and beyond.
