Your role at Motisha


As a B2B Account Executive, you are the main point of contact for our clients and the link between sales, marketing, and IT. You ensure smooth project onboarding and follow-up, and you help make incentive campaigns a success.

  • You translate client needs into clear project briefings and action points for the team.
  • You keep a close eye on budgets, deadlines, and quality.
  • You enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • You align incentives globally with the target audience and desired behaviors.
  • You monitor campaigns through real-time reporting and proactively adjust maximize impact.
  • You attend evaluations and identify commercial growth opportunities.

What do you bring to the table?


  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role (e.g. account, project, or marketing support)
  • Affinity with SaaS solutions, loyalty campaigns, or CRM systems
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus
  • You stay calm under pressure, think in solutions, and plan with a strong sense of priority
  • You’re a true team player who takes ownership and wants to move forward
