Your role at Motisha


As an Account Manager, you are the bridge between the client, the team, and the solution. You ensure that ongoing projects run smoothly and help convert new clients during the final phase of the sales process.

  • You manage your own client portfolio and closely follow up on existing projects
  • You contribute to the onboarding process of new clients and ensure a smooth start
  • You build long-term relationships by actively listening, advising, and exceeding expectations
  • You define clear project agreements and translate client needs into concrete actions for the team
  • You are present at strategic client moments such as evaluations or contract renewals
  • You identify commercial opportunities and help think through possible expansions or optimizations
  • You collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and IT to ensure the best customer experience

With your combination of customer focus, structure, and commercial insight, you keep every project on track and elevate customer satisfaction to the next level.

What do you bring to the table?


  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a B2B account or project-oriented role
  • Experience with digital tools and/or platform environments is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a nice bonus
  • You easily navigate between people, interests, and priorities
  • You are solution-oriented, keep an overview, and take initiative
